Cancellation requests received on or before February 29, 2016 are fully refundable less the transactional charges (of the payment gateway). |

There will be no refund after March 6, 2016. |
| 3. |
Cancellation requests received between March 1, 2016 and March 6, 2016 are refundable less a processing fee of 25% of registration fee paid plus the transactional charges (of the payment gateway). |
